Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the process super easy for you.

 

Tracking & Shipping

Spell Queen will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact Us or service@spellqueen.com directly for assistance with processing your return. Please note that all returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

How To Return & Refund

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

*We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following: 

  • Partially completed diamond paintings

  • Fully completed diamond paintings

  • Custom kits

Please contact service@spellqueen.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)

  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)

  • The email address you used to complete your order

  • Photo proof that the kit is unopened

  • Please also provide us a reason for the return (we want to improve!) 

A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order, please contact service@spellqueen.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)

  • Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)

  • The email address you used to complete your order

  • Please also provide us a reason for the cancellation (we want to improve!)

A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours. 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from when they are received. Due to delays related to COVID-19, you may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed.

*If your order is currently in transit, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order

Please allow 7-19 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.
